1. Overview of Products and Services
Cloud Juice is a distinguished business in the Vape industry, offering a wide range of products including premium devices, vape liquids, disposable vape devices, and vape accessories.
2. Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of payment and subject to product availability, we aim to process all orders within one day. Delivery is facilitated through our trusted courier partner, "The Courier Guy". Please note that courier or postal services and associated costs will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
3. Export Restriction
Please note that our courier services are currently limited to South Africa only.
4. Return and Refund Policy
At Cloud Juice, we prioritize customer satisfaction. In the event of product unavailability, we offer a full refund within 30 days or an alternative product of equivalent value. Please note that cancellation of orders may incur an administration fee.
4a. No refunds or exchanges are available for disposable devices, clearance stock, and pods or coils.
4b. Devices come with a 3-month manufacturer's warranty, covering manufacturing defects but not user-inflicted damage.
4c. Exchanges for hardware are only possible if the product is in its original, sealed packaging. Disposable devices are not eligible for exchange.
4d. Faulty devices will undergo an assessment to determine the cause of the issue. This process may take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on various factors. If the damage is deemed to be user-inflicted, the device can be sent to the supplier for further assessment at the customer's expense.
4e. Vape liquids are not eligible for refund or exchange.
5. Customer Privacy Policy
Cloud Juice is committed to protecting the personal information of our users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" is defined as per the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA can be accessed here https://www.justice.gov.za/legislation/acts/2000-002.pdf
6. Payment Options
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express Cards. Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer into the Cloud Juice bank account. Details will be provided upon request.
7. Card Acquiring and Security
All card transactions are processed securely through PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. 9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Cloud Juice is responsible for all aspects of the transactions, including the sale of goods and services, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
11. Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Cloud Juice chooses 1294 Heuwel Ave, Centurion as its address for all legal purposes.
